Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on “Add to Cart” for each item you wish to buy. This will place the item in your shopping cart, and you can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link on the left navigation menu. After you have finished your selection, click on the “Checkout” link to place your order. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Orders are currently only being accepted for delivery within the United Kingdom, its associated islands and BFPO addresses. We will not process orders that originate outside the U.K., nor deliver to addresses outside the U.K.
We accept online payment by credit or debit card through the secure payment services of WorldPay. WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Orders will not be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder together with details of the cardholder's registered address. You will be given the option to designate a different address for delivery, and we recommend that this be an address where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods.
Your card will be debited at the time of purchase. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will send you an email advising you of alternatives. If you wish to cancel the order at that stage you may do so, and we will arrange to credit any payment made back to the same card.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm. We aim to process and dispatch each order within 3 days of receipt using the online traceable delivery services of Parcel Force, Royal Mail or an alternative courier. Provided that your item is in stock your order should reach you within the following timescales:

We recommend that you designate a delivery address where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods, as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss or additional costs, which may be incurred as a result of late delivery or failure to deliver by Royal Mail or the courier company.
If your item is not in stock, we will either suggest an alternative or, where possible, back order for you. You will always be emailed with an anticipated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee top All products are guaranteed for twelve months from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated, against failure to provide reasonable wear due to defective workmanship or materials, as long as the product is only used for its intended purpose. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse, in addition to natural wear and tear or ageing.
The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser, and cannot be passed on should the item be sold at a future date.
In the event of a product failing under guarantee, please email us with details of the product, fault, and date of purchase. A proof of purchase such as your invoice will be required to return the item.

All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.
